Find a Local Mechanic

First time I used them and really haven't formed an opinion. I do know that it seemed like they were very casual and did not tell me a whole lot about what they did to my car, as it was a routine oil change and check up, they assumed I knew what that entailed. I do not know if they checked the tires or brakes or windshield wipers and I had to ask if they had refilled the window washer tank. Matt did come out and talked with me for a minute, but as a first time customer I was not impressed with the initial meeting. The car runs fine, but it ran fine before I took it there. They were highly recommended by a friend.

Excellent service!!! The guy are so nice and friendly. they quoted and estimate and it was right on, no extra charges. We will continue to go to Superior Auto repair. They provide a real comfort level when it comes to auto repair. Thanks guys!!!!!

It is nice to have someone close that is knowledgeable about my car.I found them to be extremely nice when i had questions about my car.

I had purchased a 72 month battery from AAA less than three years ago. The battery was still under full warranty. Since there was no AAA battery service in Middle Tennessee, they recommended Superior Auto Repair. When we went to Superior, they tested the battery and found that it needed to be replaced. They called AAA to see what we needed to do to get our money refunded for the purchase of a new battery. We were back on the road in less than hour with a new battery and the information (battery test strip, copy of purchase invoice , and the address of where to send it) needed to get our refund. The refund is on the way. Thank you Superior for great service and peace of mind. Now we can go vacation not worrying about a battery. San Francisco here we come!!!

These guys are ALWAYS honest with me, and explain everything they are doing in detail. The mechanic talked to me for 15 mins on the phone after he looked at my vehicle, just to make sure I understood everything and how much it was going to cost before he did it. I've always had excellent customer service with this company, and I would recommend Superior Auto Repair to anyone in the Nashville area who needs car service. 5 Stars!
