About 2 weeks ago, I encountered Superior Auto Repair for the first time and am thrilled with that first experience. I just moved back to the area after being away for many years. I am having to reignite old contacts and learn where to go for specific services and who's best to trust. So, when the headlight went out on my E320 & I was stopped by law enforcement on the evening of the 1st day it went out, my girlfriend was kind enough to Google / look around for a good place to take the Mercedes for service. She spoke to one gentleman on the phone, while she was on a short hold, he verified that they had the parts needed, and said it would be fine for us to bring it in at 4pm(the earliest opportunity we thought that we could get it there). However, around that time, I got caught up in Nashville traffic and did not make it to Superior Auto Repair until just moments before their closing time. I walked in and spoke to Matt, explaining that I had tried my best to get there earlier, and anticipated scheduling again for the next day. To my surprise, he walked out and took a look at it. Within minutes he had the light replaced. He even noticed that my car's dash computer listed low washer fluid as a malfunction and added some fluid while he was at it. As if all that wasn't enough for me to take the time to give them 5 stars & write this review, then ... came the payment. He asked what the other gentleman had quoted my gf on the phone. I told him what he had said to expect. And, instead of charging that amount or more, he punched in what he needed to and advised me that it actually came to a few dollars less. : ) I thought that was great.! I realize that the service I had done this time was simple and not anything major, but... my initial impression of their business practice is major. I will definitely return for my car's next event.

The service was excellent as always. But most important is their honesty and integrity. They have been servicing my 12 year old Volkswagen Passat for over three years now and it has never run better.
