We continue to take our automobiles to Miles Automotive because we find them honest and trustworthy. They always bend over backwards to make sure we are satisfied!

Miles Automotive stands behind their work. A problem with my breaks was under the warrantee and they repaired it right away with no charge for parts or labor. I love the freedom that comes with the loaner cars they provide.

Miles Automotive did NOT recently service my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. They DID however repair a problem I had on my 2009 Chrysler Town & Country. My bill was MORE than the verbal quote Miles gave me. Also, when I asked about how long he thought it'd take for repair, he replied "About 2-3 hours." The van was towed to Miles Automotive at 9am.....and the repair was NOT finished until close to 5pm, which was the same time I was suppose to pick kids up. Although I am glad that Miles Automotive was able to give me an appointment for the day after I called them, I'm not happy that they got the year wrong(makes me wonder if THAT is why it took so long to repair, or worse, do I have the wrong parts on my van and they had to "modify" them to get them to fit, or the added stress it caused. Also, due to my hurrying to get the kids, I didn't notice they put the wrong year and info. on the receipt and I DID wonder if it was on purpose to avoid any warranties, etc. So, I made an out of my way trip to them and had them correct the receipt. The only thing they corrected was the year and they deleted the rest of the wrong info.

I trust Miles automotive to do a good job and if there is a problem they get you in to take care of it. They are friendly and explain the problems. I appreciate the suggestions given. I am grateful for the loner cars and the pick up of my disabled vehicle. I miss Becky and wish her and her husband the best.

We love their work they are the greatest people do you ever will meet I will take my car there for a lifetime so they are Better Business Bureau Class A and they also want AAA approved so going to see him today they will not rip you off
