The quotes are accurate and they have never performed a service without consent ahead of time. They picked up my vehicle in town while I was working, completed the service and then returned it to me during my work day! I even received a follow up call and my recent service to verify everything was well and I am satisfied. I was able to use my coupon sheet to pay for most of my oil service. They also made recommendations based on my vehicle's miles and history for future fluid changes including transmission and differential changes.
