I have to admit that I will miss Mike. However I am sure the new leadership will do a good job. I was first told that my air filters needed to be replaced but when I said I had changed them a week before, management said they were sorry and they were going by mileage instead of looking at them. This makes me pause .... respectively..... I hope this shop does not turn into a shop that recommends parts and service that is not needed to raise profit... I did take their recommendation to change the rear differential oil (I have no idea if that was needed but it sounded reasonable since I had not done it before)... I will keep coming to this facility but I will listen harder and not just trust them to do what needs to be done.
I have no reason to believe that the service performed has degraded from the past.

Brian did a good job replacing power steering lines. We appreciated him taking in our vehicle with out an appointment. Would most definitely recommend Midas .
