friendly service. I am a long time customer

Grease marks, foot marks left over. Moreover, replaced coolant fluid as part of the service, however after driving 4-5miles got an indicator that coolant temp high. I have no confidence in the service that I got.

Expected fair service, seems like my expectations did not met.

Would rate Midas a TEN!!!

This MIDAS location has never let me down.

I wasn't going to write a review, but since I keep getting emails about it here it is: I have been to this Midas a handful of times over the past few years, and last year they inspected my 2017 Mini with no issue. This year they didn't pass me because of my window tint (which I've had on the car since purchasing 3 years ago).

The guy said that someone "noticed it immediately". If you noticed it immediately, then just do me the courtesy of not continuing the inspection and spare me the $25 charge. If you aren't going to be consistent, then don't expect people to come back. Bye Midas! Whoever ran you a year ago was much better.

They did a great job . They got my vehicle ready for pick up at the appointed time that I requested. They notified me of a few items that needed attention and they did them again with in my appointments time frame. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The appointment set for 11:30 am. There was a waiting period of 2.5 hours beyond the appointment time. There is no point in having an appointment if you have to wait this long past your appointment. Employees displayed poor communication skills.
