Great service and fair pricing!!!

Had made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation on June 22nd at 8AM. I arrived at 7:55 AM. The manager (I think he was named Jim) entered the information on his computer. I gave him my keys and he said OK you're set, There was no activity going on for about 10 minutes until an apparent mechanic showed up. He started working on a car that belonged to someone else in the waiting room. At about 8:15 AM, seeing that my Hyundai was still in the parking lot I asked the manager what was going on. He answered what do you mean? I replied that I had an 8AM appointment and my vehicle was still outside, and would like to know what's going on about my service? He replied (and in a tone of voice and facial expression that he was obviously annoyed at me for asking) "I have 2 mechanics and both are late, one just got here and the other is on his way". No apology - no thank you for your patience, nothing but a scowl. I replied, just wondering. Finally at 8:30 AM, I saw my vehicle being driven into the garage, and the mechanic began to service it. At 9AM, the mechanic brought my vehicle to the door, and brought the paper work to the manager. The manager summoned me and said my vehicle was ready, and come to the counter to make payment. Without any smile, apology, or anything else, he processed my payment. I had expected something to compensate me for a half hour of my valuable time, even an apology might have sufficed. Too bad. I've been going there for several years and had very good to excellent service until this episode. I don't intend on going back there. Wish this hadn't happened.
