To Whom it May concern, while I do appreciate the extra effort it took to get my car and bring it back to your location of Midas and then return it to me ,and for that I do Thankyou! However in this Dangerious Pandemic I being a Extremly vaunurable person due to my Heart Condition had no choise but to get my car greased and oil changed the way I did I was never informed of the said Extra Work my car would require and allthough I do realize my car is 14 years old I do feel that the cost of over Two Thousand dollars was a bit much ,I live on a fixed income and bye having to pay this huge amount of money I am now pretty much wiped out financially! If you do not belive that I do indeed have a serious heart Condition I will be more then happy to give you a note from my doctor to prove it so it's not like I'm trying to not pay what is owed you as you did indeed do the work and will get your money owed to you ,I do allso realize that this has been horrible on business and I do support business in our area but having said that I want you to understand my situation Thankyou and I will contact you to have the things that require your attention taken care of after the 50 miles Debby Schnoop Albany New York

ALWAYS HAD TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP TO FIX CAR PROPERLY,AFTER HIS REPAIRS
HE NEVER HAS A HELPER
WILL NEVER EVER BRING CAR THERE AGAIN,WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE
STIFFS YA ON PARTS ,IF YOU GET PARTS CHEAPER HE WILL NOT DO WORK
SORRY THERE IS NO RATING LOW ENOUGH (POOR)NO STAR

Would not take my car anywhere else but MIdas.
