They did not torque my tire correctly and it became loose. When I took it back they said this happens naturally sometimes and that you are supposed to get the tires re-torqued 50 miles after each visit. I have never heard this before and it sounds like they were just trying to cover their ends. I had to pay for them to replace the wheel stud that was stripped as a result of the loose lug nut.

Car Battery was replaced and then they refused to do a State Inspection saying Car must be driven for awhile before Inspection. That's stupid.
Previous Services were excellent.
