I was able to effectively convey my observations about my vehicle and the employee respected and professionally advised me. Please note he was filling in from another location but gave me a solid follow up plan.

Bob was excellent to work with and really helped me after blowing a tire on the highway. I couldn’t be happier with the speed and professionalism. Kudos to Bob and the whole team there. I can’t stress it enough. They were able to take my car to fix, while I was able to run out finish my Christmas shopping. Total lifesavers.

Did just the work requested. Did it quickly and accurately. Didn't come back to me with half a dozen other items I "should take care of".

I had to return 3 times before getting an estimate for leaks, and then was recommended spending $5000 on a 2004 vehicle with rust over 130k miles. i know you're in this to keep the shop busy and run a business, but that doesn't make sense to me...

Their charges are way higher than other Midas around.
