We had a situation (potential brake failure) where we needed to have the car serviced immediately, rather than waiting for an appointment. I called Bruce; he immediately agreed, offering contact info for towing if needed. The car was serviced the next day. We continue to work with Logan Automotive because of their commitment to their customers.
