This was my first time visiting this location. Not very pleased with the CUSTOMER service. One of the associates made a distasteful joke, “License plate xxx-xxxx reported as stolen!” very loudly. The joke was followed by laughter by the entire lube team; implying that MY car, that I bought in to be SERVICED was stolen. I’m not sure, but the comment sure did make me and the other customer (who by the way was Caucasian) very uncomfortable. Very distasteful joke! I would hate to assume this distasteful joke was made because I was an African American driving a nice car. Let’s hope not.

Got me in quickly for an oil change. The staff was very courteous and professional.
Will use them for all my future oil changes.
