initial problem fixed in timely manner, but also asked for running light to be replaced when called about estimate, which did not happen

I have always felt like I’ve been looked after here at this location. I’ve taken many vehicles within the past 10 years to this location and they always looked out for my family and me. When I need something fixed but then I’m given the option on what to have done at that moment due to cost or priority of what should be addressed or not. Jimmy and his staff take customer service to the next level. If I had the money to invest I would see that they have a larger shop. But maybe I’m wrong, bigger is not always better. That make be the key to their success, keeping things small and treating the customer like family.
