By far the worst experience I have ever had with an auto body shop and car dealership! Due to poor communication from the body shop, I had to pay an additional 347.00 out of my pocket. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to attend this body or dealership ever!

I'VE ALWAYS USED DAYS FOR MY PURCHASE AT LEAST FOR THE PURCHASES OF MY LAST 5 VEHICLES, I HAVE FOUND THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PASS HAS BEEN 100 PERCENT AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN UP FRONT WITH ME, BUT MY LATEST PURCHASE I WAS A LITTLE UNHAPPY, YES I RECEIVED MY VEHICLE BUT THE PAPER THAT I RECEIVED IN THE MAIL SAID "NO MONEY DOWN" WHICH WAS SO UNTRUE I HAD TO PUT DOWN 550.00 WHICH I WAS NOT PREPARED TO DO YES THE PAYMENT AMOUNT WAS CORRECT AS STATED ON THE FORM BUT WHEN IT CAME TO MONEY DOWN WAS NOT ACCURATE. LEFT WITH THE NEW VEHICLE BUT STILL FEELING LIEDTOO.

The service department did not add air to my tires during my vechicel inspection. My tire pressure was low proir to the appointment and I assumed they would take care of the issue.
