I was very pleased with my buying experience at this dealership. From my first inquiry about the vehicle (online) to the final signing Mr. Ray Wagenheim was very personable and professional. He and his boss went out of their way
to answer my questions about the vehicle I purchased. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and at no time did I feel pressured to make a snap decision to buy this Honda Civic.

Overall, it was a very pleasant car buying experience.

I was treated well and all the employees I spoke to were very friendly. The work done on my car was completed on schedule and was satisfactory in every way. As vehicle safety inspections go, I would have to say that my recent visit to Day Chevrolet was as good as it gets!

Did the work efficiently. Explained all they were going to do. Took care of all my questions.

I was happy with the service department and my experience; however, my warning chime didn’t work after the work was done to my front windows. I do have to take the car back to have this repaired which is an inconvenience. I would have given a 5 star if not for this.

I had a serious problem with my gear shift. When in Park I could not get my key out of the ignition. I consulted with Bill by phone about a week or so before scheduling the Thursday appointment to finally get this problem fixed. At that time he suggested using my spare key, which had never been used. Indeed the spare key allowed for motion from park to easily get to any gear. However, when returned the gear to park the key still could not be extracted. So I then made an appointment with a tower suggested by Bill to pick up my car on Thursday about noon to tow my car to Day. When the tow company failed to arrive by noon I decided to try once more to get my gear from park to the drive gear. After a few tries, I did the the gear in drive. So I cancelled the toe and just drove to Day. After a say of about 2 hours, I was informed that the parts to solve the key release problem were available and after another hour wait the job was completed. Bill give me the failed parts, pointing out that some were plastic pieces instead of metallic and said plastic piece had failed.So now all is well. I would like to thank the Bill and the techs who worked on the the install of the required gear shift components. As usual, Day Chevy repair and restoration personnel have always been very satisfactory. Needless to say, being able to extract my key after getting the gear into park is a life saver. Brian in Sales and Larry in Finance we’re both so fantastic to work with! From the beginning, I’d found the car I wanted via an aggregate site, then went directly to the Day Chevrolet site and began the query. Brian reached out right away to speak with me further and begin the next steps to work towards my car purchase with financing. Within a couple days, I was down for my test drive (extra credit for the fantastic lesson in driving Manual!), worked through financing with Larry who was a dream at explaining every step and element involved, and then I left in a new car that I love!
