Brandon Murphy, my salesman, was absolutely awesome! Brandon and the older gentleman I dealt with were part of the reason I went back to purchase my vehicle from them. If I could rate Brandon alone it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately this rating is for Day Chevrolet and not their salesman specifically. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because I did get a pretty good deal on my vehicle. I shopped around for over a month and test drove probably 20 different vehicles and dealt with a ton of car salesman before deciding to go back. As for the reasoning behind the 2 stars.... The following day after purchasing the vehicle the windshield wipers were absolute junk and literally flew off of the passenger side because of snow. I had to purchase new wipers (50$) and not even a week later after my purchase, the driver side headlight burned out. I contacted Brandon who did everything in his power to get this fixed for free, but unfortunately they wanted 120$!! Having to spend 200 dollars on a new 25,000$ vehicle is very upsetting. Its now only 3 weeks later so we will see if there are anymore problems with Day Chevrolet who is apparently being sold to another company.

I am rating this on not as much servicing my vehicle but as to your procedures. I dropped my car off in the pouring rain to be serviced first thing in the morning the next day. I was told that my car would be in line after the people that bring in their cars the next day so probably would not be looked at till the afternoon. I said I need my car tomorrow so she put 11am on the order but apparently it was not put on the front of the order. I called 3 times only to have to call ring and ring and then went to voice mail to see if my vehicle was done. I finally received a call at 5pm saying my car was serviced. I told the service manager that I thought it would have been done much earlier. He apologized and made a adjustment to the charges. If it wasn't for his truly being sorry for what happened you would have gotten a poor rating.
When I dropped the car off I was handed an envelope and said to fill it out. No conversation from the 2 people working as they were waiting on someone else. I was highly disappointed in the overall service department.

Greeted every time I walk in the door following excellent customer service from all employees. It’s good to feel appreciated
