As always the service is great and I have no complaints the rating is 5 which is excellent

The crew was quick and efficient. I was in-and-out in quick time both when dropping off my vehicle and when picking it up and paying for it after the appointment. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and respectful. I would bring my car back in for a future service appointment.

Everyone at my recent visit (as with all of them thus far) have been absolutely wonderful! Extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. They explain everything and care that you understand everything. Could not be happier with my services and would highly recommend Day Chevrolet!

Long wait, but treated well.

I was happy with the work done, unfortunately it was scheduled to get done on Tuesday (so I dropped it off Monday night), but I got a call around 3pm Tuesday saying they hadn't gotten to it and would need it another day. It was quite an inconvenience as my wife and I work full time and I had to borrow a vehicle from family and would now need it another day.

The work was finished Wednesday and I picked it up that evening. I was told that the leak in the Sirius antenna wouldn't be covered by my GM Certified warranty, which I still don't totally agree with.

The people I dealt with were nice, I just wish more could have been done, and also on the day it was scheduled for. These things might influence where I take my vehicle in the future.
