New sales person. Should have a shadow or mentor. Unsure of process, didn't know features of vehicle or could demo them. GM certifled warranty not detailed, didn't go over details of dealership offerings like car wash, courtesy service etc. Further training should be given with new staff before unleashed on floor.

We just purchased a brand new dump truck for the cemetery. It has numerous recalls (which isnt even the problem) The problem is, EVERYTIME we make an appointment to get our truck serviced, I drop the truck off first thing in the morning, and call at the end of the day. Usually the dump truck hasnt even been work on yet. What is the point of having an appointment? I end up having to drive the whole way back to day, and picking it up, and dropping it back off another day, which is a complete waste of time and money. I don't think there has been one time, that I have not had an issue of some kind, dealing with the service at DAY. Will most likely be dealing with a new dealer when these recalls die down.

We dropped off our vehicle the night before and was promptly called the following day when our services were completed. We found out when we picked up that we had a free oil change to use that we were unaware of so we were pleasantly surprised that our service was done at a no charge basis.
