Many of the things that were supposed to be checked as promised on the check list were not done. The air filter and transaxle were checked off on the receipt but were not done until I specifically asked for them to be checked.

Staff was nice, but 15 point service was not done. No windows washed or tire pressure checked. I came back the next day to get my truck's oil changed and the 15 point service was done as the owner was there.
