The technicians broke off the engine oil dipstick tube several changes ago. They have refused the number of the owner so I can talk to him. Each time I go there they say they can't check the oil before proceeding. When they broke it they told me to wrap duct tape around the tube. It is documented in their computer exactly the day they broke it. I guess I will have to start advertising for them about this.
Update: The owner contacted me and asked for an estimate to have the repairs done outside of their shop. I am hoping we can resolve this issue in the near future.
