Very professional. I got a simple oil change and I asked them to look into a burning smell. They found no serious issue and sent me on my merry way with no extra charge.

Everything with the car was good & the prices very reasonable.

My only suggestion would be to always explain what work was done before giving the amount due. I like to know what I am paying for especially when it's over $1000. This approach has been the standard in my experience. When I stepped-up to the B&W desk, the gentleman greeted me & just gave me the total due. I had to ask if I could see (on paper) what work had been done. I was surprised & felt it was very poor customer service.

Also, the dirty shoe paper was left in my car which meant I had to take it out & dispose of it. Obviously not a huge deal but it added to the sense of poor customer service leaving a negative feeling rather than positive as I drove away.

Five Stars for B & W. They are great guys, Bill and Wayne, and do a great job that they stand by.

I found B & W Service Center on Yelp and am glad I made the choice. I think Bill is the one who helped me throughout the whole experience. He was patient, courteous, and concerned that I can pass my smog test by making sure that I return again soon after driving my vehicle for 1,500 miles for their simulated re-test in preparation for the real thing.

Friendly, fast, and reasonabley priced. Owner was great to chat with. The place was well oganized and clean. It was a small job, made an appointment, got done in 30 minutes. Definitely will go back.

Fair and honest service.

I recently moved back to SF after being gone for 13 year. I've always brought my car there: from oil changes, to rotor issues, to alternator repairs and their services are timely and affordable. My parents and all of my siblings bring their cars there and so far, no complaints. Darren, Wayne, and Bill provide great customer service making what could be a stressful experience a pleasant one.

The best customer service anyone can ask for. The best service bar none. A great team and they explain all the details of the needed repairs simple and easy to understand. I recommend them highly. You will be so happy you took your car there for repairs. A easy walk from 24th street Bart.
